summa s2 140T barcode recognition

Hello!

My cutter for printed materials is soon 2 years old and it's getting harder to detect barcode from the print. (I use wasatch softrip but that's not the problem). It has been working great until 1 month ago when bar code recognition became harder and harder. I'll have to try 2-3 times until the cutter recognises the barcode. First one or 2 times it just goes thru the barcode without seeing anything.
Cutter reads all cutting marks spot on so i'm confused why the hell barcode is so hard to detect Any suggestions?

..and it really don't see any barcode, so it's not that the cutter can't read the code, it just simply don't understand there is any
