Summa S2T160 cutting long stripes help.

Hi all does anyone have any tips on how to cut long stripes on the summa (CADCAM vinyl) there only 3m long x 50mm, I've tried with panelling set to on, and I'm using the plastic core ends, there still tracking out.

Try a smaller panel size, and use the intermediate pinch rollers.

At one stage we had tracking issues. We replaced all the wheels on the pinch rollers and it made the machine like new again.

Replaced all the pinch rollers, like brand new again, did the same test but 3m stripes, they were perfect thanks all
