Summa WInplot 10 error

Hi
I have recently started using Summa's Winplot and whenever i seem to cut a large vector file with over 50ish vector objects I get the error:

Error writing to USB

The it stops wherever its cutting - wasting vinyl.
Help would be much appreciated.

same thing with my d60 is lighting fast!! but when doing large batches of decals
i get this error too!!

using winplot - usb

any fixes to it?
