Hello All,
I have a SGS machine I recently had parts replaced - relay/thermometer control pad. The problem I am having now is when the machine gets close to reaching its set temperature the lights flip on and off repeatedly every second. Its like when it gets close to reaching that temperature the machine is scared and slows down and tries to creep to its set temp by flicking the lights on and off. Any help would be appreciated.
There are 3 temperatures given on the control pad.
Current Temperature inside the machine
Temperature setting (labeled as SP on the control pad)
A 3rd numbered (labeled as AL) -*I do not know what the AL number controls
