Supplier for Sandblasted Wooden Signs

We have a customer looking for sandblasted wooden signs, with the letters painted. We would like to do the production ourselves as we have a local sandblasting connection. But we are looking for a supplier for the material, and what type of wood is best to use, where to get it, etc. Also what type of paint to use to fill in the sandblasted lettering & any information about pricing.
