Supplier for stock ADA room sign wtih changeable slots

We originally ordered these 15 years ago. They were a stock item from the supplier. I would have sworn they came from Scott but I don't see them in the catalog.

The whole thing is 5.5" x 5.5" with braille, raised room numbers and slots for two slide in strips that are .75" x 5.5"

Anyone know if there's still a supplier for these stock or am I looking at having them custom made?

...and before you ask NO, I am not the person who riveted them into the wall.

at least the rivet used is the same color as the sign

This type of room ID sign is pretty common but I think you're going to have to have them custom made since I doubt anyone would stock them with the room numbers you need.

There are too many variables to be able to stock ADA signs other than generic restroom and stair signs.

I think that Cadillac Graphics makes that type of sign.
