This has to be the nicest people I have met in the business.

They are saving my graphtec as we speak.

They are the only company in my area Boston MA, Graphtec certified repair shop.

Nice family owned place. They gave me a tour even as they were about to close and didn't sweat the time at all.

They went above and beyond making me feel comfortable leaving my plotter with them.

Bought some goodies while I was there as well.

Their warehouse is amazingly stocked.

Good guys in the biz!

I believe they could.

The tech guy was real cool.

They are also selling a lot of refurbished machines they have in their showroom.

I saw about ten or so there, printers, cutters and laminators.
