T-shirts for our business

We are looking to get t-shirts screen printed for our business. We would like to have some done that go up on the shoulder. Similar to the shirts you see the kids wear today. Locally they only do 12 x12 and cannot go up and down the shirt. We have a lot of car clubs we do wraps and graphics for on rice burner style vehicles and they will wear our shirts to the local shows.
Does anyone know a good source that can do this?
