Yes I can see you have SOME limited view indeed at a certain angle, and yes it really should not be there.

But STILL... if your making a turn lets say behind a large truck & or trailer at a light..the truck & or trailer is going on green but turns red before threw... and your right behind ...just because you can not see the red light because of truck & or trailer does not mean you can go threw red light.

When driving NO MATTER what is blocking your view great caution is needed. How about a heavy fog, rain, snow, smoke, dust. same safety rules apply, there is a reason for them.

While this sign should have been installed differently, drivers still need to use judgement when approaching a stop like that. It's obvious when approaching this stop that you'll either need to pull out slightly. You're putting your own life at risk when you approach a stop like this and don't adjust accordingly.
