Test print issue

Can anybody help with my Roland Cj-540. I have just converted it to eco-solvent and I am having problem getting ith test print with magenta. Half of the nozzle on one side are not printing. Since I installed new head it looks like the capping station on magenta is seatting more towards left. When I unscrew this head and move it a little to the left it gives me perfect test print. But when I do head alignment head it has to be more to the left. Is there any way I can just move cap top more to the right? Also does anybody know when I do cap top height what is the right procedure to find perfect height. It doesnt show in service manual. Thanks guys
