Looking for ideas on this material that a customer is looking to cover with vinyl or similar.
I usually use ij39 on this locations painted walls since they are zero voc paint and have proven tough to keep covered with anything less, and ij39 in a test area is ok on this but not wonderful.
I have a test patch of 3m 8624 and am giving a few days to see how that goes, but was hoping of something maybe not so darn expensive.
The material is almost fiberous, has a (not the right word, but its what comes to mind) fabric or fuzzy or pulpy texture.
Anyone know this wall treatment? Or a suggestion to cover it with?
