That sound?

Hi everyone,

we recently bought an Artis 3060U. We are having an issue while printing after couple successful runs.

Theres a noise happening and the printing stops and both lights flash indicating an error. When we printed, it basically did A1 until 1cm left it did that error and stopped.

Anyone have any idea of why this is happening?

We retested today and first run worked fine and second, same thing happened.

We had a problem prior to this with the "Cap top", the sponge was filled with ink and everything was blocked. We were told to take the sponge off, since then that problem disappeared but the new problem (the sound) is now happening. No idea what to do! Help.
