The bodor laser camera screen does not appear

Hello,
I'm using a Bodor CCD laser.

After installing the driver, it's recognized in the computer's device manager, but the screen doesn't display.

Do I need to change any settings?

My motherboard is rdv6342
My camera is model MVC1000Mf-m00.

I asked AI, and they said I need to install the SDK and viewer. If anyone has them, please share them.

I can't find them.

Hi is easier, just reinstall rdcmarkvision or rdworks. Look carefully on the installer. At least for sv300 camera works that way... And dont cut pvc with ur láser, u are destroying the machine!

Hey ~, I checked your old posts and noticed a lot of your machines are from China. Honestly, the manufacturers should be pretty willing to help, especially since you’re using several brands I’ve worked with before.

From my experience, I wouldnt expect any support from Ruida or Microview. Maybe the guys that sold u the assembled machine. But well, this case is easy, just reinstall rdworks or markvision and tell the installer the camera u have and where u have the origin on the machine

I’ve sold a lot of Chinese machines. As a dealer, I’m basically the go-between. I take the customer’s issue to the factory and then relay the answer back. That’s just part of after sales support.
