I am looking for The Mimaki UJF-3042HG tabletop printer service technician in Bay Area. We have some printer leak nozzle issue. Please let me know if there is any local person available to fix it. This is out of warranty.

I hope you can help. We recently purchased a second hand UJF-3042HG with computer.
we are Dundee UK based.
The machine was printing after a fashion but needed improvements.
However we could not proceed with evaluating the machine because suddenly on power up though Z,X and Y initialised the machine went backwards too far and hit the stops.
I cant see the reason for this . It may be that the X offset is set to large because I have seen a video of another working machine initialising in the same way but not crashing.
