Hi all.
My Roland Sp 540V, after test and print, I smell something burn in the printer. I stop and switch the printer off.
Since their the yellow completely quit, I tried switch the magenta cable into yellow and magenta to yellow. Magenta and yellow quit print out, it just show the black and blue.
I have connect the magenta back as it was, but switch the yellow with the black. Since that time all colors quit, nothing print out.
I have replaced the two fuses on the mother board. Test print, it's work but still just show the black, blue, magenta back.
I think the yellow head dead, then replaced brand new head. It's still the same: just print the black, blue and magenta only.
The printer still available print and cut but yellow not print out
Any one know what cause the burn? and which part should replace?
Thanks for your support.
