We got a job from a "design school", the "design" was made by the head of the school, and he insisted we use his design "as is" and was indignant that we made suggestions for changes....

he got the simplest fundamentals wrong, like center up your copy,

Being the head of a for profit graphic design school qualifies him on design fundamentals about as much as the owner of a Signarama or other franchise sign company with no previous signmaking experience.
