We did have our 560 rebuilt and it was 2500 I think. Cheap really to have a tech come and replace parts for a refresh.

We will never buy another HP latex, we have gone through 6 of the 570's and I have nothing but copious complaints. If I had to boil it down to one complaint it would be that the color is almost NEVER consistent.

I went to the Support tab and clicked "Display Printer Info" and it showed several tabs. I copied all of the Event Log info and the Printer Usage Information and pasted it into ChatGPT. I asked it for insights and learned useful info about the printer, replace vs repair, how GCR might increase our profitability through reduced ink usage, and I learned that I'd better go ahead and schedule my Service Maintenance Kit #3 replacement.
