Thrive 12.2 Crashing!!

Hi all currently running onyx thrive 12.2 on pc that is used to send to our jetrix kx-5 via our server but after ripping multiple files or multiple copies the rip que will crash while sending over to printer, it seems to get stuck in between each board and eventually times out and crashes.Tried fresh install, repair, different files and profiles but nothing seems to work anyone have any ideas or had this problem.
