Tiles and Weed Border Problem (GRAPHTEC CE6000-60)

Here's a visual example of the problem i'm having when i have to cut in tiles. I divide in tiles my cutting job and select to add weed border, when it start cutting the blade cut the job, weed line and on top it cuts the tile, making a double cut and cutting throu the material and spoiling it. I''ll appreciate your help!

Turn off the weed border, why do you need it?

Regardless, if a double cut goes through the backing either your blade is out too far or you're using too much pressure or both.You should be able to make a reasonable number of passes over the same path and not cut through the backing.

It is in CM settings. Can you post a screen caption of your Weed settings in CM?
You PROBABLY have a setting somewhere that tells your cutter to cut twice on the Weed Line.
