Hello All,
I am running a Roland Soljet Pro4 XR-640. My problem is my tiles are not lining up. I am letting VersaWorks Dual tile with a 2" overlap. At about 100" I am about a 1/4" off. I have made sure that VersaWorks Dual is up to date and so is the firmware on the printer. I did a feed calibration adjustment, but seems that it didn't help very much.
Does anyone know why this is happening?
I have read that some people will not let VWD tile and they set up there tiles in another program like Photoshop or Illustrator, but that seems like a lot of wasted time.
Would a 3rd party RIP software like Flexi or Onxy work better?
Any help will be appreciated.
