tiling stickers with zero space between?

havent tried really hard to find out, but is there a way to achieve zero space between stickers?

for instance, im cutting max width of 2" square stickers and giving them to customer rolled up.

instead of the printer making 2 extra cuts per sticker and wasting the 0.15 space between each, is it possible to make them touch each other so that there is only 1 cut between 2 stickers.. in versaworks, not in the design

I believe you can remove the gap in the set up menu for the job folders.
Look for a gap setting.

Even the zero gap in versaworks leaves a slight gap, you have to lay it up in your design program, but unless you eliminate one of the cutpaths where they merge, its still gonna do the extra cut.

thats what I was thinking, def too much work in design phase.

seems like it would be an easy feature to add to rip software

Check out VW 4.6. Just came out the other day - it has a new step and repeat function. Haven't had the time to play with it too much yet, but it may help.

From what I can see so far, it's for doing tiles/repeat of a file.
