To laminate front printed translucent or not to?

Doing a few lexan faces which will be put in a ground level illuminated monument sign and wondering if I should laminate the prints or not. Not that worried about vandalism and I know if some punk really wants to scratch them laminate won't save it, but thinking it might be better to be safe than sorry.

What do folks think?

Laminate

Yes you should Laminate.
For UV resistance ( will double the life of print before fading) as well as added scratch resistance.

And with some ink/media combinations, especially yellow can fade visibly in 18 months.
