computer. I print out a quote and place it in front of her. She pulls out an AMEX card and says thank you so much. I left the shop at 6:20 all smiles with an extra $500 in sales for the day. The lady has actually been back 4 or 5 times for other projects and has never questioned a price ever.
This type of customer is rare no doubt.
