I would call them and have them send a new rolls. Just had a roll come in that was drop shipped from T-Rite. It is air mask tape and it looks the same. Waiting to hear from them on replacement roll

Then both of them. I've seen that happen even from high humidity. We had some app tape which was stored on a shelf do that when we had a leak in a foundation during a big rainstorm and the room where it was stored got flooded. The water didn't reach to where the tape was but it got like that just from the humidity. Even later after everything was all dried out the tape was terrible. It messes with the adhesive.

They are coming out and bringing me new ones and picking up these. But I'm not holding my breath. It's Reece's in house brand....it's kind of thin

Did you pull off a couple of wraps to see if it is throughout? My rolls look like this after one night in the humidity, throwing out about 3 feet resolves it.

That is humidity being absorb by the paper of the masking. Likely the was either cooler or stored in a dryer environment than your shop. If you can give it the weekend, it might acclimate

I stopped buying house brands for reasons that it seemed to be 2nds from the manufacturer discounted to the vendors. I found glue balls through out the rolls. Quality wasn't there.
