We have really been busy the last couple years. Our business model of selling specialty and trimless edge channel letters to our sign industry clients has been growing. I thought I'd share some examples of the work we have been doing. We are in the process of more than doubling our fabrication space. I'm also interested in networking with sign people in the DFW/ EAST Texas area who might want to work for us. Thanks for looking!

Amazing! You guys put out some awesome work.

How do the faces get attached on the trimless letters? Is there an undersized letter behind that gets glued to the returns?

(I really don't know much about channel letters but can definitely appreciate the hard work that goes into making these)

A grove is routed on the perimeter of the face and then there is a rather complex process of adhesives for our standard trimless edge letters.

Love it, oh how I despise jewel trim.`
Some of the disadvantages of trim cap illustrated in photos attached:
#1 catches and channels water down inside of face especially on letters like U,W,V,M and become brown runs with time
#2 very thin material that degrades and becomes brittle in the sun--the paint will peal off it in time.
#3 appears wavy and not very eloquent from the side or when viewed at different angles

Light test for dual lit trimless channel letters on the floor of the shop. I usually take a picture of signs even if they are nothing special to look at because it helps identify any hot spots.

It is hard to get even lighting at times. In the job below we spaced the Bitro group LEDS both white and RGB 1/2" apart throughout the entire letter. Everything was pretty good except the very tips of the check mark which went down to a very sharp point. The client insisted on maintaining the sharp point and I think it is a good decision even though it will naturally shadow last 1/4" or so. The letters look super sharp during the day time and the dimness towards the very point of the checkmark really isn't a deal breaker when looking from 20ft away.
