Trouble With Text...

Am new to this and having a bit o trouble with my PCUT, am trying to cut some website addresses at the minute but i keep finding that my full stops (aorund 2mm diameter) keep popping out of the vinyl during cutting, but at the same i'm having trouble with letters closing properly especially letter 'O's.

I've tried various cutting pressures and speeds and various blade offsets (although am not sure what the correct figure is).

Any help appreciated.
