Trying to convert a .jpg to an .eps

I have been trying un-successfully to find a clipart .eps image of an open vault for a client. I have gone everywhere, and finally purchased a.jpg image from Shutterstock, and still can't get a useable conversion.

Here is the image that I am tying to use

With the number of gradients in that image, you will likely have to recreate it from scratch.

I assume you are looking for a VECTOR version of this image? It's not as simple as "converting" the file. It needs to be VECTORIZED/TRACED, probably by somebody that is an expert..... Vector Doctor?

i did a quick trace in corel x7, it can be cleaned up.........a little time and effort.
