Getting this message and cannot do anything with the cutter. I'm guessing it has to do with the pinch roller sensor, but I have no idea how to go about fixing it. Just barely out of warranty and have things that I need to get printed and out the door quickly. Can anyone give me some insight with this issue? I wasn't able to find any solutions online so far. Thanks.
