Need Help Two FC9000s do not cut the same.

At a bit of a loss here. Two FC9000-140s. Side by side in the same room. Same tools, same settings, same cut file. One cuts perfect. One barely kisses the material. Been through multiple calibrations. Multiple trial and error cuts. One works perfect every single time. One only works on thin materials. Like the pressure of the pen maxes out, but I put an entirely new carriage on and am having the same issue. I am legitimately at a loss.

If anyone has run into this, any advice would be appreciated!

Your blade may be adjusted too high in the holder did you try swapping them to see if that fixes it?
Make sure your sending pressure the same way either from the software or from the the plotter settings
