Our UCJV300-130 gave us a msg on the screen the other day and now its back and we cant get it to go away or even run the printer.
has anyone ever had any experience with this msg on the screen?
Make sure your Function 3 button isn't stuck down. You're basically booting in firmware update mode instead of standard mode. If the button is not stuck, you might have a main board issue.
I have had some success pressing the enter button a few times applying moderate pressure. Then restart the printer. Sometimes on older units the keys can get stuck. If that doesn’t work the Keypad panel assembly is only about $160 and takes a few minutes to replace.
