UCJV300-130 Motor X 401 & System halt (1) 1C3:PCB SLDR2H

Our shop's Mimaki UCJV300-130 has been getting a motor x 401 error, From everything I read it said to start with the belt tension and try to adjust that. I did that and now when I turn the machine on I get System halt 1 for the slider board. I checked fuses, none were blown. I was told by another tech that it could be the cable between the main board and slider board but I'm not finding that connection. Does anyone here have a service manual or a wiring map of this machine or any tips on what to try next?

Never seen that caused by tension unless someone was doing something crazy. If it's moving somewhat and then erroring out at speed, probably a bad motor.

Service manual section on the error.

Thanks for the help, I appreciate it. Yes the tension was loose so I tightened it up. At first it was the 401 now a system halt. It was starting to move but now it does nothing at all. I looked at the cables, no disconnect or burnout. So it may be a motor replacement.
