I'm curious how often you're replacing heads and why on the 330? My dealership maintains roughly 20 330s and since the launch of that machine we have replaced less than 10 heads over all the machines we have in the field, all of which were covered under warranty.

I don't work on warranty machines often, so I tend to just flush heads when possible. That said, the install base on the 330's I work on is maybe 4-5 units. Might just be cursed early machines, but the heater implementation was awful. The heater block loves to cook the o-rings on the dampers and starve the heads.

What about NUtec inks for those machines? Any good?

Never used Nutec, so no experience there.
