This is what is happening with mine. Initial nozzle check fine then I start prints and the black is gone from head 1. Always head 1. I have to do multiple nozzle washes to get it back.

Have you tried wiping down the nozzle plate? Seen issues where ink just builds up on the head over time and it can knock out entire rows. Just one swipe with a swab covered in flush across each of the 4 channels, fresh surface each time tends to help remove buildup.
