UJF-3042 yellow overspray problem

Hi,

We have bought our UJF-3042 printer about one month ago and we're facing the following problem:
When we are trying to print - doesnt matter on what substance - we always get an yellow overspray, as you can see in the pictures attached.

We are trying to resolve the problem but we can't find a solution.

We did a test printing with a black box, a yellow box, cyan box and an magenda box.
Not everything is on the same line, so I think the yellow is outlined..

Any idea how we can resolve this?

I have the exact same problem.
Mimaki UJF-3042 HG
My head height is the exact height as my media.
My head gap i have set to 1.5
I am using uv-small letter.

Did you find any solution?
Please let me know.
