I had an issue with my machine which needed the pcb slider replacement, after doing that we have realised it was not what needed to be replaced, all we needed to replace is the FFC cable.
in which i have done so and all errors have gone.
the only issue i have now the machine is not recognising the ink already loaded in the machine, after doing bit of research an managed to obtain my machine parameters from the dealer.
i am looking for the special firmware update tool which will allow me to update the data to the machine.
if you have any other suggestion, please advise.
