UJF-6042 MKII Head Issues

Been wracking my brain on one of my MKII's and can't figure the head issue out. Have a sense it might be a head failure. New cap, new damper, full flushing, did nozzle flow check with flushing solvent and had flow from all nozzles. Emptied out the LC channel next to it and it refills and cleans just fine. All the major culprits checked, so maybe I am missing something, or the head is just toast.

Sometimes I hate answering my own questions. Looks like a head strike cracked the nozzle plate. Doing a dissection of the head right now, looks like some easily fixed problematic designs. Anyone happen to have a donor/test UJFMKII head kicking around to sell cheap? Autopsy pics coming soon.
