I read with great interest the previous post concerning the proper adjustment of roller height (nip). However on the Seal Ultra 62 the only adjustment I see is the small plate directly under the roller bearing and while this does change the distance between the rollers when in one of the raised positions, at the "0" setting where I believe is where it should be for laminating 3mil vinyl, the plate completly seperates from the bearing and the spring atop the bearing seems to apply the pressure.
Could these springs be why it is wrinkling some of my prints over ten ft?
At time's it works beautifully and I think I have found the proper procedure then it suddenly wrinkles up a print for no apparant reason.
