Having issues running 12oz dss on the r1000, have tried a variety of settings and have calls in to both ultraflex and HP and they're just pointing at each other, no matter the heat settings the material creates. Anyone had luck with it?

What's the temperature in your shop and/or of the media? Only time I've had issues like this is throwing on material right after it was delivered and cold into the machine.

Reduce curing vacuum as much as possible. It will relax more and not create those tunnels.
Also if curing pressure seems high, take it down a notch.

If you pull out some media and push it through the press to the other side, do you see those wrinkles? Not hitting “load”, just feed it though by hand and give it some manual tension from the back to straighten it out.
If you see those wrinkles, it’s the media.
I’ve had similar issues on both our r2000 and 3600. It was the media. Something about poor converting from the manufacturer.
