Unable to move pdf file layers to back

Hey Guys,

I am working with a pdf file that i was sent for box truck graphics and I'm trying to mask the graphic area out but my boxes (or anything i add to file) keep getting put behind it. I've trying just the arrange/order/to front and made sure the layers weren't locked. Just seems like anything from the PDF file is locked to the front but its not showing that in the ARRANGE/LOCK drop down. Any help on what this is? I am running FlexiSIGN and PRINT EDITOR mutoh edition 12.

Use the "Design Editor" tool pallet under "View" menu, second objects tab. Probably are on different pages.

Thank you for the reply! its definitely a different page, can i combine the master page and the page 1? or delete one? I found the difference under "objects" in design editor. Been using flexi for years now and I have never had to use this hahaha

I have had some problems like this over the years in Flexi. I think it is normally solved by ungrouping all the layers, then copying it into a new blank file. This allows me to move layers around like normal. Not sure that it works on every file, but I know it has worked a few times in the past.
