Uneven Curing Heat

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this problem.

Or anyone have a suggestions on remedying this.

I an getting less curing heat on the left side in about 10" to 12" from the left end.

I try to maximize the heat to get more heat on that left side but they is a limit as to how high I can go.

I have had the same issue, you just have to adjust your temperatures up until it goes away.

If you need to maximize the heat, you can increase the number of passes and it will slow the advance of the material exposing it to a longer curing time.
