Universal Laser

We picked up a used one last week at our shop, and we're having difficulty installing this on our Windows Vista systems. We downloaded the new drivers for it, but it's still a task for sure. Anyone work with one and have any tips?

What model is it?

If it's an older unit, I'm not sure if they have the driver. If it's a new unit, like a PLS or VLS, then they do.

Call them. Tech support is free for life, whether you bought it from them or not. They are a rock solid company and their support is normally very good.

Thanks for the tip. It's an M-360, so it's a little older. There was a 2000/XP driver, so we had to download a new driver, but it crashed one of our computers. Yuck.

OK, here is another question. In Corel, to cut out a vector on the laser, you assign a line thickness of "Hairline" and the color red. Does anyone know what that equivalent is in Signlab or Illustrator?
