Need Help upgraded to Flexi22

Hi, I really need some help I'm fairly new to using Flexi. The company I work for recently upgraded my computer and flexi to windows 11 and Flexi 22, I was using windows xp with flexi 7.5. When I try to open old files that were originally created in flexi 7.5 all my dashes and quotation marks are missing, I've imported all my fonts from the old computer to this new one but I can't figure out what the problem is.

have you called flexi and asked for a workaround?

Do you have any of the files saved as a PDF?
If so try importing the PDF , you may want to unmask the design.
Worth a try.

Some of old font formats are not supported anymore by newer operating systems, for example postscript type 1. I had some issues too with CASFonts.

There is a CASFonts folder in the program files SAI folder. If your old version had any of those fonts you need to copy them from the old folder into the new folder.
