One does not upload fonts to a specific program. The correct procedure for installing fonts on a Windows system is to go to your Control Panel, doubleclick the fonts icon, navigate to where the fonts to be installed are, select them and click OK. they will then appear in all Windows applications that use fonts.

Unless you use font management software, such as Bitstream Font Navigator, for example.

Like Fred said.
OR
Open the window where the fonts are that you want.
Open another window where your windows fonts are.
Drag and drop wanted fonts into windows fonts.
