I ordered my VT 9600 online from US Tech on Friday August 29th, It showed up the following Thursday. Set it up in my shop last Sunday and we were up and running. Other than a couple minor adjustments it is running flawlessly. Any questions I had I emailed Dave at http://www.bestdgi.com/products-cold.php and he answered me back with photos showing what I had to do with in a few minutes even late at night. Dave your service has been fantastic and I would recommend your product to others that are in the market for a laminator.
