We went and I thought it was pretty good. This is always one of the better shows to attend. It also was pretty small. I was surprised to be the only software company there. Maybe they were like "aww sheeeee-et shopvox is there...why bother...shows over now." JK
This show is a buyers show and more vendors should go. Then again so should more attendees. However, I saw many familiar faces as well as many new ones. Maybe it's the location, time of year, who knows but I hope it stays around and grows.
Aside from the ridiculous wall of light 20ft away from me, I think I had one of the best spots on the floor. Right next to the bullpen. These guys are pretty amazing. Fast, efficient with high quality. I mean look at the Fiat graphic, the knife and bullet detail. Bad ***. Watching the process from pouncing patterns, drawing stabilo lines, leafing and burnishing, carving to air brushing as they all worked around and with one another was pretty impressive. Not to mention how much planning went into the project before hand. Here's a few pics I managed to snag. If you didn't go, next time you should go to the show if for no other reason but to go to the bullpen.
