Hey guys! I'm Mr. [HASHTAG]#UltraNoob[/HASHTAG] so I've been asking for advice on these forums in every thread. I greatly appreciate all of you being patient with me as I find my way around the industry. :p

Can anyone shed some light on any of the following:

  1. What durometer squeegee is best for UV ink?
  2. How many passes of emulsion do I use on the screen?
  3. What mesh screen should I use?
  4. What brand of ink is best?

Honestly you are going to need to test over and over again until you find a solution that works for you in your environment.

We use 80 duro squeegees, 3 passes of emulsion (2 & 1), 355 Mesh, Nazdar, Polymeric, Sun Chemical, Fuji & others all make great ink.

If you get into a scenario where you can't keep up, or you're tired of spilling ink on your shoes, let us help!
