had a freak thing happen with a job luckily it was only a small partial of a bigger order. sent out some labels to get domed but the customer needed like 10 pieces to get out of a bind real quick. i printed them on 3m brushed silver polyester on the lej 640. customer sent them back because they weren't black enough. they are usually run on a solvent printer but the real bad thing i noticed is the ink was being pulled off the material by the doming. the label is a 1.375 diam and has a large black print area with a unprinted border area so if you looked at the back of the label it had a bubble in the area where the ink was. just wanted to give everyone with UV printers a heads up if you have to dome any labels.
