uv lamp error fb hp 700

I run the hp 700 flatbed. Lately I've been getting the error the it detects no current and i have to reset this warning. We've only had this machine about 3 weeks. Ive checked under the maintenance to see were the uv lamp usage is at. I am currently at 250(of500). Does anyone else have this problem.

Anybodys insight would be greatly appreciated.

FB 700 problems

Does the UV lamp light? This lamp has a recessed single contact electrical connection. It is easy to have poor contact that would result in unreliable performance. If this is a 2-lamp printer I would swap lamps and see if the problem follows with the bulb.
