UV lamps on Arizona 350 GT

Thought one of my lamps had blown so replaced both as due a change anyway but one is still not working. Right side. Swooped them over to check not the bulb and worked on other side. any ideas anyone please?

Swap the entire black lamp housing from right to left and see if the problem follows or not. This should at least get us closer to figuring out if it's the lamp housing or somewhere else.
They are not cheap (USD$10k last I looked), so we need to rule out everything else first.
