uv-led printer problem

Please help!
I have a uv-led printer with 2 epson tx800 print heads. I have the problem that magenta never prints properly! I never get a 100% test result with the nozzle test, there are always a few strips missing after each cleaning process. not always the same. have swapped damper, caping, wiper. the print heads are new.
what could be the problem?
we use uv-hard ink.
